We live on this coast. We know which streets are quiet in August, where the evening sun stays longest and which school run is easy. That is what we bring to every search.

- We start with a conversation
Over coffee or on a call. How you want to live, what you would like to spend, when you would like to move.
- We visit together
A few homes that fit, in person or by video. We tell you what we like about each one, and what we don't.
- We stay until the keys
The offer, the lawyer, the bank, the notary. One person you can call at every step.
The coast between Lisbon and Cascais has its own name in Portugal: “A Linha”, or “The Line”, after the train that runs beside the sea. For Lisbon, it means the beach, the drive home along the water and slower Saturdays. It is where we live and where we started, on the 38th parallel north. That is where our name comes from.
