Only what you send us through the forms on this site: your name, email, phone number if you give it, and your message. For valuation requests, also where your home is.
Why we use it
To reply to you and, if you ask, to help you buy or sell a home. The legal basis is your request and, once we work together, the steps needed for a contract.
Who sees it
We do and, when needed for your purchase or sale, the professionals involved, such as lawyers or notaries. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
As long as we are in contact about your search or sale, and then for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to us. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (cnpd.pt).
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Visitor numbers are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies.
